Hz means cycles per second. In Frequency Studio it describes the carrier tones and the difference between left and right ear tones.
A binaural beat is the perceived difference between two tones played separately to each ear, such as 200 Hz left and 204 Hz right creating a 4 Hz beat.
The carrier is the base tone. The beat is created by offsetting the right ear from that carrier.
Headphones keep the left and right tones separated, which is the cleanest way to experience binaural beats.
Speakers can create an atmosphere, but they blend channels in the room. Use headphones when the left and right difference matters.
Low beta and alpha-style plans are commonly used for reading, studying, and focused work sessions.
Theta-style plans are commonly used for quiet meditation, prayer, breath work, and inward reflection.
Delta-style and gentle noise beds are used for sleep routines. Keep volume low, especially around children.
Users can build private protocols for ritual, intimacy, or altered-state settings. Use sober judgment, safe volume, and legal boundaries.
Your default loop is set by the admin. Paid visual loops can be unlocked and selected from the editor.
The editor will let you generate an instrumental layer, upload your own loop, and blend it with the binaural tone.
Long sessions can be exported or looped. Use volume limits and breaks for comfort.
