Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of REDPILL.CHURCH, including our digital research library, member community, digital services, credits, wallet features, purchases, downloads, and related tools. By using the site, creating an account, purchasing credits, or using a service, you agree to these Terms.

REDPILL.CHURCH provides digital research, educational, community, and online service features at https://redpill.church/. Customer support is available at support@redpill.church.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to create an account, purchase credits, or use paid services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site is lawful where you live.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, payment rules, community rules, law, or platform integrity requirements.

Digital research library

The research library is provided for research, education, commentary, cataloging, and source discovery. Library records may include metadata, hosted files, citations, notes, links, categories, and relationships. Some materials may be public domain, licensed, administrator-authorized, user-submitted, restricted, or pending review.

We may correct, remove, restrict, reclassify, or moderate entries, files, metadata, comments, and submissions. We do not guarantee that every library entry is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Credits, wallet, and paid services

• Credits are a site balance used to access eligible REDPILL.CHURCH digital services.
• Credits are not a bank account, gift card, stored-value card, cash account, cryptocurrency, investment, or transferable monetary instrument.
• Credits have no cash value outside REDPILL.CHURCH and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.
• Service credit costs are displayed before use. When you choose to use a service, the stated credit amount may be deducted from your wallet.
• We may change service availability, credit pricing, or credit packages prospectively.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce payment gateways, banks, card networks, and fraud-prevention providers. By purchasing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the displayed amount, taxes, and applicable fees. Payment processor terms and privacy policies also apply.

Prices are shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, currency conversion fees, and charges imposed by your payment provider.

Refund policy

Because our products and services are digital, fulfilled electronically, and may be consumed immediately, all purchases are generally final once credits are delivered or a digital service begins. We will review refund requests in good faith when there is a duplicate charge, technical failure preventing delivery, unauthorized transaction, billing error, or other issue required by law.

Refund requests must be sent to support@redpill.church with the account email, order number, transaction date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Refunds may remove corresponding credits from your wallet or reverse service access. We do not provide refunds for credits already spent on completed services unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

Subscriptions and renewals

If we offer subscriptions, recurring billing, memberships, or renewals, the checkout page or product page will disclose the price, billing interval, included access, and cancellation method. You may cancel future renewals according to the instructions provided for that product. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed unless required by law or stated in the product terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use REDPILL.CHURCH to:

• violate any law, regulation, third-party right, payment processor rule, or platform policy;
• commit fraud, abuse payments, launder funds, evade sanctions, or engage in deceptive activity;
• upload malware, scrape without authorization, attack the site, overload systems, bypass access controls, or interfere with security;
• harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or abuse others;
• submit unlawful, infringing, private, confidential, or unauthorized content;
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, credentials, rights, or source authority;
• resell, redistribute, or commercialize restricted library files or service outputs without permission;
• use the site for prohibited goods, services, content, or activities under applicable Stripe, PayPal, card network, bank, or payment provider rules.

User content and submissions

You are responsible for content you submit, including comments, research submissions, files, notes, images, metadata, and links. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, format, classify, and use your submitted content as needed to operate and improve the site.

Intellectual property

The REDPILL.CHURCH name, design, software, custom features, databases, organization, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Library materials may have separate rights, licenses, restrictions, or public-domain status. Access to an entry or file does not transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights unless expressly stated.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or integrate third-party services such as payment processors, hosted media, analytics, social networks, external archives, and source websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, availability, accuracy, or security.

Disclaimers

The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific results, or that information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your purpose. Research, educational, historical, spiritual, health, legal, financial, or other content is not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDPILL.CHURCH and its operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost credits caused by unauthorized account access, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to REDPILL.CHURCH for the transaction giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused payments, violated law, infringed rights, or harmed the site or other users. Termination may result in loss of access to services, community features, private notes, and unused credits unless otherwise required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
